By buying a ticket you confirm you have read the standard terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket.
In order to be fair to all our customers, extra Terms and Conditions apply on purchasing Very Early Bird Tickets:
- Customers who purchase a very early bird ticket need to indicate who the ticket is for using the 'Festival Goers Name' Text box. If subsequently you need to change this name - you will be charged the difference in price between the purchase price and the current selling price, plus a £20 GBP admin fee.
- On arrival at the festival Very Early Bird customers ID will be checked to ensure that their purchase was genuine.
- Tickets are sold at the management's discretion if unfair play is suspected tickets will be voided.
- Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
