website crashing stopped me changing the names on tickets

well what can i say,i was lucky to get the very early bird tickets BUT when i tried to change the name's on the tickets it wouldn't let me as the stie kept crashing!!!!So i have tried to contact MOCKSTAR to resolve this but to no avail,so does this mean i will be hit with the extra admin cost's?when it is due to no fault of my own?(sorry for those who didn't get VEB tickets but there's no need to laugh)This is wrong if so as i couldn't because of the site ,anyone else had this problem???
