Tickets not arrived, deleted e mail, only have paypal receipt

Hi there

My tickets have not arrived yet. Am panicking a bit, no a lot. as I have no e mail from Mockstar, just the paypal receipt. I cannot miss the festival because of this. Please someone help me out!!
