The Platforms

The Platforms have been playing the UK music scene for over 10 years and are one of Leicester’s most loved show bands. The music is based around the glam era but The Platforms take it to a new level, adding well known classic rock and modern hits into the mix.

Our influences are Queen, Sweet, Mud, Bowie, Slade, T.Rex, Abba, Wings,
Bon Jovi, Van Halen, Guns & Roses and many more.

They regularly play show spots at large holiday parks around the UK and headline festivals up and down the country in the summer. They’ve helped Leicester's Major switch on Leicester’s Christmas lights three times and played for the armed forces in Germany, Heart FM, BBC Radio Leicester and appeared on TV too.
