Nara Taylor Queen of the Night and Heavy Metal Pete's Operatic Cabaret

This show was originally created for an art exhibition in Brighton. Unlike anything you wil have seen before, this cabaret act combines fire and opera with circus and sideshow elements.

Combining opera with fire, knives, and a bed of nails and a dark, twisted storyline seemed like an obvious choice. Despite being a trained classical singer, Nara is also a huge heavy metal fan, and together with her partner and fire eater Heavy Metal Pete she strived to create a show similar to the stage shows of Alice Cooper and Iron Maiden.

All these elements came together in a show which had something to appeal to everybody. Nara Taylor Queen of the Night and Heavy Metal Pete have performed their show at such vaired events as art exhibitions, burlesque nights, squat parties, punk gigs and festivals, and have always been recieved very warmly.
