Confused about being confirmed

Basically, my band "Kicking Habits" auditioned for Glastonbudget 2010 in October 2009 and were confirmed to play glastonbudget by rob (i think that's his name if my memory serves me well haha) on the night but haven't heard anything since and we aren't on the confirmed bands page. I know its probably nothing to worry about as you will likely add us to the list closer to the date but i just want to set my mind at rest, can anyone explain what's happening please.
