Bouncing around in her baby rocker and singing along to her father’s Big Band collection before she could walk or talk, Rachel's influences have also included growing up with a mother who sang opera and her own classical training as a young clarinet player with a strong passion for real American Blues. Modern musical influences come from the likes of John Lennon, Pink Floyd, The Gossip, Alanis Morissette, PJ Harvey, Gwen Stefani and Florence and the Machine.

Following a digital release, 'Dreams Are Calling' is building a steady flow of downloads on iTunes, as it receives continuous airplay and DJ support around the world. Performances at high profile venues including the legendary 'Viper Room' in Hollywood and 'Cafe De Paris', have left audiences simply spellbound and Rachel’s early successes have lead to a main stage booking at a UK festival expected to attract over 5000 people this summer.

Rachel also actively uses her music for many charity causes including being an avid supporter of The Mayor of Kingston’s homeless charity.
