Dakesis are a five piece Power Metal band based in Birmingham, UK.


Mixing European symphonic and power metal influences with homegrown classic rock and NWOBHM, a heavy dose of tongue-in-cheek cheese and a fair dash of modern Prog, Dakesis have carved a unique niche in the UK live music scene with their fresh and modern take on a classic sound.

Having recently released their debut album "Trial by Fire" via CapsAArx records, Dakesis are taking 2012 by storm with two UK tours in the works and a jam packed festival season...kicking it all off with Glastonbudget of course!
