Butterfly Fan The Inferno

BFTI brings you a plate of big groovy rock, sprinkled with a dash of ska and a twist of heavy metal.
The band first came together in Boston, MA in early 2006 and played its first show in June of that year (on 6/6/6!) They recorded 2 EPs and played around 20 shows in the Northeast. An album was completed in early 2008 with some band members and some studio musicians laying the tracks. A relocation took place to Birmingham in Feb 2008 and a new line-up came together and played it's first gig at the Bar Academy, August 2008.
After a few line up changes, the final band was formed in December 2008 comprising of John Kelly, Tony Wilkinson, Jason Holgate and Paul Collins.
BFTI have played around the West Midlands for the last year with it's current line up, recently playing a live session for BBC WM.
They now have their sights set on Glastonbudget. Let me see those devil horns Glastonbudget!
