I started songwriting at 16 when i got together with a friend of the family who has been singing and songwriting for many years. I then went and sang my own songs at some of his gigs to gain experience. After that I started doing my own gigs and have been everywhere from pubs to garden parties to working mens clubs. I have also performed at acoustic nights in London. Last summer i was interviewed live on BBC Radio Leicester and they played one of the songs i have written 'Jealous'. I was then given the opportunity to work with professional producer Simon Gogerly on 3 of my songs, this involved working with experienced musicians to create a live sound on the tracks. Currently i am working with local musicians to create my origional band. We have been rehearsing and have gigs/events planned over the comming year including High Barn in January , a ball in May and a large charity event in the summer.
