The Floyd Effect: an 8-piece Pink Floyd tribute band that accurately recreates the music of one of the most popular and influential bands of all time.
The musicians and crew have diverse backgrounds ranging from classical ensembles to gospel choirs and all forms of rock, pop and blues in between. But they all share a love of the music of Pink Floyd, and have joined together to recreate the sights and sounds for which Pink Floyd have become legendary.
A concert by The Floyd Effect covers four decades of material, including tracks from seminal albums such as Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, Wish You Were Here, Animals, The Wall, A Momentary Lapse Of Reason and The Division Bell. Of course no concert of this sort would be complete without a performance of Dark Side Of The Moon, which the band recreates in its entirety.
