Ever thought about helping at a festival but don't know how to get involved well here is your chance. Glastonbudget is the largest tribute and new acts festival in Europe and you yes you could be involved. We have spaces for a variety of roles which are listed below:

  • Stewards
  • Car parking attendants
  • Marketing people
  • Stage managers
  • Band and press accreditation
  • Translators
  • Environmental Support
  • Photographers
  • Filming
  • Recording
  • Crewing
  • Performing
  • Administration

Glastonbudget is directly linked with Soar Valley Music Centre who's motto is "Music for everyone", this motto is carried into Glastonbudget. Most of Soar Valley's students work on site in a variety of different roles stretching all over the site, and you could join them. Not only work you get the experience of working at a large festival in a close knit team but you will get friends for life.

Soar Valley also runs a wide range of provisions available at Soar Valley Music Centre which includes:

  • Junior Orchestra;
  • Symphony Orchestra;
  • 8 Chamber Groups (Wind and String Quartets and Ensembles);
  • 19 Rock Bands;
  • Specialist Band Training and Mentoring;
  • DJ Projects;
  • ESF Project for young people Not in Education of Employment (NEET);
  • E2E Entry to Employment course;
  • A Specialist Peripatetic Service for schools and colleges;
  • BTEC First Diploma in Music;
  • GCSE Music;
  • BTEC National Diploma in Music;
  • BTEC National Diploma in Music Technology;
  • School and College Projects;
  • In addition in 2009 it is expected they will also be offering:

  • The Creative and Media Diploma;
  • AS Level Music;
  • HND in Music and Music Technology.
